Your beefsteak tomatoes are picked vine-ripened to a “blush” stage. We find this is the best way to get them to you in great condition. Depending on how ripe you like your tomatoes, they may need to sit on the counter for a day or two to ripen before reaching peak ripeness, best texture, and top flavor.

We NEVER treat our tomatoes with any gases or other ripening agents. NONE of our tomatoes or any other produce we offer is GMO, ever.

We now use Federal Express to deliver our tomatoes. Shipping is included anywhere in the United States.

We typically ship Monday through Wednesday, and your tomatoes arrive in two days via Federal Express.

If we run out of 'ready to ship' tomatoes this week, we will ship your order as soon as they are ready the following week. You will get an email when your shipment leaves, Thank you!
