Enjoy the world's best-tasting tomatoes, Jersey Tomatoes!

Your beefsteak tomatoes are picked vine-ripened to a “blush” stage. We find this is the best way to get them to you in great condition. Depending on how ripe you like your tomatoes, they may need to sit on the counter for a few days to ripen before reaching peak ripeness, best texture, and top flavor. Remove them form the clamshells and remove the protective paper. Place them stem side down out of direct sunlight.

We NEVER treat our tomatoes with any gases or other ripening agents. NONE of our tomatoes or any other produce we offer is GMO, ever. We are currently shipping USDA Certified Organic Tomatoes from our farm.

We now use Federal Express to deliver our tomatoes. Shipping is included anywhere in the United States.

We typically ship Monday through Wednesday, and your tomatoes arrive in two days via Federal Express. Note: Only about 10% of our tomatoes make the grade for shipping. The size, degree of ripeness, and firmness have to be perfect and even then there can still be some minor imperfections when they arrive. It's a tomato after all! 

A quick note about the cost. Quality beefsteak tomatoes are very costly to grow, and the cost to ship them via FedEx and package them correctly accounts for over half of the price! That said, Jersey tomatoes are a true luxury and we're convinced you'll enjoy them as much as we do!
